IT & Facilities project management and consultancy
Location: Czech Republic Prague
With this project, I delivered for my client the setup of a contact center in the beautiful city center of Prague in the Czech Republic. The duration of the project was scheduled for 6 months and the project scope was to take a 27000sqft green field site to a fully operational client contact center.
As project manager for the fit out I was responsible for the complete tendering process and the management of multiple 3rd party contracts.
I managed the design and build of the office IT infrastructure networks, storage and servers, which included 3 comms room, UPS systems, and fire suppression apparatus
The project was managed from inception through implementation and delivered on time and within budget in September 2017. The site was fully operational with the capability to accommodate 450+ employees delivering a scalable and future proofed facilities exceeding the client's expectations
IT & Facilities Project Management and Consultancy
Location: India Bangalore
On this project I was responsible for managing the entire project life cycle to create a Global Contact center in the heart of the Bhartiya City, Bangalore India. The project was to assist with the site selection and negotiate the lease contract with the real estates agency. On completion of the lease I was responsible to take this 67000sqft green field site which was spread across 3 floors to a fully operational site to accommodate 1000+ employees within a 6 months period. As Project manager I was responsible for the entire IT and Facilities fit out including a fully functional cafeteria, Integrated BMS system and state of the art AV solution. The project was completed on time and within budget.
On completion the client was delivered a world class facility that is scalable and future proofed to serve the business into the future
